I don't know the exact process but from what I understand the original playfield was sanded to remove the original artwork. Then the art was screened back onto the playfield one color at a time. It's not a decal or anything like that.

If it was done by CPR in the past it was likely silk screened one color at a time, and not the Direct Ink process that I believe John Greatwich is doing.

Yeah, they offered this for Centaur playfields as well when they did them for the first time. You could either buy one that they cut and silk screened for you or ship them your original playfield to have it redone at a lower cost. I think they stopped doing it because it was just too much work for the margins.

I had this done to my Fathom PF and it turned out amazing... IMO of course GLWS, beautiful machine.

no doubt about it!

A CPR rescreen of an original is 100% the best option possible for any game!

PF looks amazing! I hope someone gets this and finishes the restoration on the cab and BG. Will be a top tier game and a great part of the work done.

My Fathom has this process done by a company in Belgium by the restorer but he used a Caribbean green instead of the original green which looks amazing IMO.
