I'm no expert, but from what I understand, the Italian version features a semi-nude insert, where the American version was more of a cheerleader look. Game is stunning in a trippy sort of way. Rainbows, flippers in the outlane that go the opposite way, upper playfield.

The machines were delivered new with the see-thru dress where the girl's tits and nipples were pronounced. Lots of complaints from locations ensued ( we had three on our route).

We had to paint a black dress on two of them. Eventually, the rated G version was released by Zaccaria and our distributor called us and asked if we wanted them (No charge). I believe I may still have the one unpainted rated R version somewhere....
