This is likely the nicest original Excalibur you will ever see. 125 plays since I meticulously shopped it out (full teardown). I added Comet 2SMD LED's, new translucent silicone rubber rings, new playfield glass, new leg protectors, new balls (and likely other things I just don't remember). Batteries were dead when I got it, so I have no idea how many plays were on it but by the condition of the game it was likely very low. I also removed the original fluorescent backbox tube and ballast and rewired it for an LED replacement which really brings out the colors in the original translite. The sound is great, and the game looks and plays like new. Look closely at everything, including the under playfield mech's and the resistors. I've never seen another Excalibur anywhere close to as nice as this one (or any other machine this age for that matter).

You can see in the pics that the game is very nice, but I also would like to point out some imperfections as no game is perfect (especially one that is 34 years old). You can see all of the below in the pics, or I can provide more pics if needed:

- The top of the head (has to be folded down to see) has some mild warping. It was this way when I got it, just cosmetic.
- Area near the right front by the flipper has a 2" mark on the cabinet, didn't touch it up as it can barely be seen.
- Original coin door is in nice shape but has a slight inward bend and had a small hole that was neatly filled by a Stern plug.
- To the right of the coin door, there was a bolt. I removed it, filled the hole, and touched it up. You can't really see where the bolt was. This shows the game had to be routed (at least for a very short time based on condition) so even though it may look HUO, it can't be.

I would prefer local pickup so you can see and play the game in person, but I can ship Beltmann/STI. Shipping costs are fairly high now, and to the best of my knowledge Beltmann/STI still does 2 for 1 shipping. So, if you find something else in my collection you might be interested in it makes the shipping more reasonable with two games.

Please let me know if you have any questions or need more pics of anything in particular.

Thanks!
