Selling my Eight Ball. I've had it for two years or so.

PROS:

- It plays with power. Bumpers and flippers are strong. The kickback is tuned well and doesn't blast into the bumper like some Eight Ball kickbacks.

- The backglass is flawless. Not a flake on it.

- Looks gorgeous when lit up, so there are some pictures of that. But I mostly included pictures of how it looks in the worst light possible. :p

- I installed a hard plastic playfield protector on the entire playfield, so it will not incur any more wear. It also plays faster as a result. It does not stick to the playfield, so it can be removed at any time. This was a $120 purchase. It also helps the playfield glisten - looks great with the glass.

- All LEDs, but I have the batch of old bulbs in a bag.

- Has the ED FLICKER ELIMINATOR ADAPTOR installed, but it doesn't work all that well. I may have it installed wrong. https://www.marcospecialties.com/pinball-parts/MB-07-010 An Alltek board would solve that issue.

- Separate battery holder.

CONS:

- Plays 100% but could use some help with the lighting, chimes, and coinbox.

- The highest chime seems to play about 25% of the time. After a few games, it seems to turn on and stay that way until you're done playing. But it's intermittent.

- Some sockets could use cleaning. A few lights are intermittent as you can see in the video.

- No keys for the backglass or the coin door.

- Coin door stays shut just fine with no key, but it has been pushed in. It could use a replacement, but I didn't bother.

- Playfield has had some repainting but the color matches. There is additional wear, but no more because of the playfield protector.

- Pretty firm on price because of how well it plays, the playfield protector, and the flawless backglass. Open to trades if you have something fun. I'm into 80s solid states mostly. I'm just ready to let this baby go. I've always wanted an SS chimer, and it's been a great "JUST ONE MORE GAME" machine for me.

- No shipping. I can help load. No stairs involved, but definitely some incline.
