For sale or T: Eight Ball Deluxe Limited Edition Reduced $

Added: April 30th, 2019 Ended: May 11th, 2019
Condition: Fully shopped/refurbished

Item description

A nice EBDLE up for trade or for sale.
Very NICE cabinet and coin door (seriously, look how clean in and out!)
Very Nice backglass.
Everything rebuilt and cleaned with Comet LEDs and Titan silicone rubbers recently.
All 3 flippers rebuilt.
All boards are either brand new Alltek or gone through and clean originals (over $700 just in new boards and displays!)
Brand new displays.
Playfield protector installed.
Has some pf wear, but about average for this game in particular and the added pf protector rolls nicely over any spots.

All said, there are over $1000 just in parts added to this game (add it up )

I am always open to trades but cash is king.

I do have a CPR Gold playfield which I could possibly toss in (honestly not really looking to sell the pf but for the right game in trade or additional cash it could be an option for someone looking to do a full swap and have a nearly perfect game).

Game currently on route and WELL maintained. Easy for you to check out and I am happy to meet you there so you can look under the hood. Just PM for details or if you want to make an offer/talk trade.

I have had 2 requests for game play video... I am happy to get it if needed, but I have to ask... is this a new thing?

I have sold a bunch of games over the years and this is a first time request, so was interesting to have 2 requests right away both asking for game play.

#5 46 days ago

Might be because of the playfield protector? Nice clean looking game.

Lots of questions about shipping, so worth posting here for any that may be interested.

I am fine with shipping. You set it up and you pay for it of course.
NAVL typically runs 350-400 for that method.

I do have a few trips planned this summer. Main for sure one is ReplayFX. With payment in full now I will wrap and store, then transport to Replayfx for only $100 additional. I 'may' be attending Dory Hill in CO, but not for sure on that one yet.

I am happy to also wrap and pallet at the local Madison Fastenal for an additional $50 (this is what it costs in shipping materials). You set it up with Fastenal.
Price of shipping guesstimate > typically Fastenal is under $200 to most areas in US.

For shipping, you have to pay for the game in full and payment clears before the game leaves.

TLDR shipping options:
Fastenal
Transport by me to ReplayFX
NAVL

they all work and each has different pros/cons.

I could trade you a game you don’t have - but you probably don’t want it / them either lol.

some trade offers out there. Cash is still king of course.

I would really love to pick up a BMX or a nice Pharaoh.
I can add cash as needed/based on condition.

Harlem, Spectrum, and Time Fantasy are of interest also.

SStiff and Creech of interest (I would obviously need to add a bit of moola for either of those)

always open to other trade offers, so just PM if you have something

#20 40 days ago

Lots of money in. I know the feeling, but it's a tough game to sell.

Lol.
Game is priced very fairly. EBD is a great game!

Would be sold multiple times by now if I wanted to sell the cpr pf, but i Don't really want to yet.

everybody seems to want to trade, but the logistics of distance are often a PITA for a trade.

#22 40 days ago

No. EBD is a good game. It's the cab. It is a great game but that version sucks because of the cab. Which was used by Bally because of an over run on another game. Like Centaur II etc. I think it was Rapid fire. I'm not sure.

#23 40 days ago

When Rapid Fire failed, they repurposed the cabinets for LE games like Centaur II and EBD LE.

Gotta love when the guys that own EBD bag on EBDle, lol.

It is the LE... the more limited of the cab versions. About 1/4 the edition size so way more limited than the 81 version and much better than the crappy cab on the 84 version with decals.

It is also the identical game play.

That is cool if you don’t personally like the cab but I gotta be honest that this is much better built than the classic version cab. It also is cool to have the unique style in a line up IMHO. The absolute only pro the classic model has is the full size backglass and regular bulbs in back panel (I don’t like the Flourescent tube in the model)

Deconversion is an option. Just find or build the classic cab.

I was talking value here. I think you missed the point. The other versions sell for more.

I am EXTREMELY biased on this (I have 2 of the LEs at the moment) but it’s the SAME. EXACT. GAME. for HALF. THE. PRICE.

It's not twice though. I just sold a very decent 81 EBD for 2500 that had a MUCH nicer PF than this one so it's NOT half the price. Took a few days to sell too.

I agree that the cabinets don't matter. I would actually rather have the LE because the lamps have turn sockets and it can fit in smaller spot.

#33 40 days ago

If you guys want to debate the merits of 81 v 82 v 84, please go start a thread elsewhere rather than continuing to shit in my very fairly priced FS thread.

Based on the interested, numerous trade offers for many games in the 2500+ range, and pending sale... in 5 days post listing... I would say it was priced right.
