Quoted from shacklersrevenge:I am so glad I didn't sell you that game, you haven't stopped crying about it since. I didn't like your terms or the way you were about it, something was off, and this just proves I was right. Just imagine how you may have been after getting the game? One of those kinds of people.
Get over it.
Oh, so you remember me and now you choose to out yourself. I was not going to do that.
I don't know what you did not like about my Ts & Cs. I answered your ad and said SOLD ! I agreed to your asking price, was willing to make the drive, make a Paypal deposit, be there in two days, lay $100.00 bills on the glass, disassemble and load up the pin---and be gone. All for less than one hour of your time. Simple stuff: You have the cash and I now have the game loaded in back as I roll back home. This method has worked exceptionally well for me and the 12 others who sold me their pins. How do you imagine I would have been after driving off with your game? I imagine I would have been tired and thinking about the long drive home.
When you called you told me you had 6 hits on your ad and that you may just decide to keep the pin instead. And you offered me first dibs on the pin if you did decide to sell; You offered; I did not ask. I accepted your offer of first dibs----and like a fool---waited for a call.
It is a longer story but I figured out where the pin went and for more money than your ask price. It is a rare, desirable pin and if I had known you were going to switch your sale into an auction I would have told you that I wanted to play; But you never gave me the chance.
I did find one of these rare pins a few weeks later and I paid retail thru the nose. You left a lot of money on the table. A big FKn pile.
Anyway, as you stated above about the 8-Ball action "Not cool at all". I agree. You come across as taking the high road but I'm thinking this is a little bit like the pot calling the kettle black.
And you know what? If you ever have another pin that I'm looking for I would still buy from you.
Now, I'm over it.
