Looks like it got swapped into a James Bond 007 cabinet.

Actually, this is how it got out form the factory. There are two versions of it. One with the Eclipse cabinet and another with a James bond Cabinet.

From ipdb:

"Although only 193 complete games were produced, a considerable number of kits (comprising a backglass, playfield and game ROMs) were produced. These kits were usually used to convert "James Bond 007" cabinets. Steve Young told us the Bill of Materials indicated the kits are Model 671 and the full games are Model 671A. We don't know from him how many kits the BOM would indicate."
