Nice Machine!

#3 2 years ago

High end galore! Beautiful machine there.

#4 2 years ago

OK, I forgot to add pics of boards.....One second!

The original boards were sent to Eugene Marsh (emosh) for service/nvram.

New display from Marcos I believe?

Comes with the original playfield.

Game has updated rules to be more fair for tournaments from Matt's Basement.

I have seen a few restored Earthshakers recently, but for some reason people feel the need to add fruity-colored spray paints, and powder coated parts.
I never have understood that. ?? I am not a fan of pulling out the color pallet of spray paints and powder coats colors to add to such a beautiful game.

I agree. Not everything needs to be powder coated. Its a beautiful machine!

Not a fan of the exposed wire over the slingshots for those spotlights - looks amateur, at best.

Beautiful looking game besides that - nice job.

Yeah we should have use the wireless spot lights that don't exist.

Of course these current ones are impossible to remove.

Thanks for taking the time to tell us all your feelings on that kind sir

By chance, do you teach classes on how to restore pinball machines and not look like a douche amateur? I certainly need your help!

Some before and after pics of a Superman I restored....I touched-up the playfield with a brush and paints, cleared myself. Started with a total piece of shit to begin with.
I'm sure you could have done it way better. Right?

Agree on the spotlights. I was almost thinking this was worth the asking price but then that eyesore just ruined it for me.

Ok, thanks for taking time to point that out.
Many people didn't realize this eartshaker is not an earthshaker, but in fact actually an earthshaker.

I like how he color matched the spotlight wires with the sling plastic art. Maybe just a clear tie strap there to top it off.

You are really good at restoring pins, but boy are you salty. Calling people morons and belittling people. Bravo. You post a 10k Earthshaker, you're gonna get a little (and I mean, for pinside, this is LITTLE) blowback.

All your stuff is looking great. Very nice work.

#24 2 years ago

Out of my price range but a very nice looking machine!

Out of curiosity, what is the purpose of the red piece of string going from the center of the lockdown bar into the coin door?

#25 2 years ago

The gate in front of girl plastic, zone 5 is missing.

It had a sign that we flip around when a tournament game is in-progress vs/ practice game.

Oh snap! You are correct! I will find that and install it. Although we don't have issues with ball staying in the hole, it should be there for sure.

Installing now.... Thanks!

The post to the right of zone 5 needs to be a threaded one on top to install gate, still being observant.

#31 2 years ago

Sorry but without the spotlights it's just an average earthshaker now. It was better before.

Since you’re so great did you even notice the right side of head decal the state of California is printed backwards. People are just pointing out stuff. Chill out bro.

#40 2 years ago

Actually the side decals on the head are both backwards. They were put on opposite of what they should be.

Edit: Correction - printed opposite. Of course that depends on which camp you are in on whether there were two orientations from Williams originally. Just didn’t want this to imply the OP installed them wrong, they are tapered decals.

It will only take him 1 min to fix. Wait, maybe 2.

I think they may be like that normally (looking at photos of others)

You may be correct. IPDB has photos of original back boxes with this orientation, Pinsides photos are opposite (California points to the back). Interesting. Classic QC from original Williams I guess.

#46 2 years ago

more pictures of all toppers please, they look great.

#47 2 years ago

Here’s more interesting info, the original flyer has California pointing back as well.

Why is it that every fucking career price Cop gets salty when people nitpick THEIR stuff? All of a sudden people who price police their stuff need to “get a life” or find something better to do?
