For the price being asked, potential buyers should have any and all information they can get regarding the game. By posting it here and creating a discussion thread, you invite discussion. The touchup is indeed present and was not mentioned in your description, just the ghosting. Would you prefer a buyer purchase this machine not knowing about the touch-ups? Or do you want fully-informed buyers?

I like your logic. Sellers can say whatever they want and must be protected from any price criticism. Buyers are completely squelched and on their own; no discussing the piece, no comments on looks, no pointing out any unmentioned flaws that many would miss in the pics. What on earth could possibly be wrong with that??! Yay for Pinside marketplace!
