Good:
Mylar removed on lower portion of playfield
Comes with new CPR plastics (not installed)
Works great
Playfield in pretty good condition
Bad:
Cabinet is just ok
volume pot needs to be replaced or cleaned (works, just very touchy)
Has 1 slight insert raised by left ramp (hasn't affected gameplay for me, but if you look close you can see its there)
Missing backglass lock
