in my experience with WOZ they extended the warranty and there were zero issues....I've had the same experience with all the CGC remakes
Sterns support is a distant third to JJP or CGC....this is from personal experience....others may feel differently, but that was not the case with me + their product quality is substandard (relatively speaking)...
