It's on the 2nd floor of my house so 2 more people including myself to help get it down. I prefer local but I'll assist with shipping if you prefer. If local and need assistance getting it to your residence I can also help with that. I will not enter your home once we get there.
I have all the materials for safe breakdown and wrapping for transport if needed.
