I have done a full tear-down and restoration of demolition man. Specifics are below.
New parts:
-Every coil sleeve in the game has been replaced
-Pop bumpers (All parts, body, skirt, spring)
-All plastic posts
-Rollover lane guides
-Most visible hardware
-Full flipper rebuilds
-New flipper bats
-Flipper buttons
-Leg levelers and bolts
-Bulbs, Bals, Rubbers
-Eyeball
In addition to new parts, I have done the following:
-Playfield fully torn down.
-Playfield was buffed and polished with high speed buffer.
-Every stainless piece was polished on a high speed buffing wheel
-Lockbar and legs are fully polished
-Every playfield insert was cleaned below the playfield
-Remote battery holder installed
Known issues:
-Cracked plastic above 3rd flipper
-Old DMD
-Wear showing on handles
-Minor cracking in clear around multi-ball inserts
