Quoted from ImNotNorm:OP should raise the price.
That would be a power troll move.
When I listed an Apollo 13 at a above market price and took flak that’s exactly what I did!
Quoted from RyanStl:Wish I was closer bump.
Sad thing is, I passed on buying a NIB DP Pro a few years ago thinking I can pick up a used one for $5K or less. Boy was I wrong.
Passed on one here in Nashville for $4800 a year or so ago. I guess I should have bought the damn thing.

Ya, we can all say that about some pin or another.

All it takes is one dumb ass to take the bait and overpay.
C'mon guys, this is a GREAT price for a LE. Cut the guy some....what??? This is the PRO version??

Quoted from 27dnast:To be fair, here, the seller listed with OBO.
If the best offer was 4K, how would he react?

Too many people hide behind the “OBO” although $50 less off the price is what they would take
Quoted from Wmsfan-GAP:Op hasn’t even been here since Jan 10th. He ran and hid after this thread…
He/She didn’t run and hide. They have made 3 ads, and learned to shut off comments after this one. That’s their entire Pinside history.

Market sets the price. If he only gets offers at 4K, then he'll have to decide if he's willing to take it.

I hear you, @dk. I guess my point is: this is a crazy market. For a lot of us long haulers, it's driving us crazy. At the same time, it's hard to argue against someone trying to sell for what the market will bear. Personally, I think the initial offer price is crazy. But, OBO allows for someone interested to engage and negotiate. Right?
Price is high, but DP is a top 5 game and nobody sells them used. This is the last run of them for Stern and most are spoken for.
