I explained the situation to konghusker. He did have first dibs but didn't want to take the chance on waiting and having him back out tomorrow. It was my fault for not letting him know that I would be listing beforehand. But since the cat is out of the bag I will also add that I'm selling this pin to help fund my trip to see my uncle who is very sick. I didn't feel the need to let people know my personal reasons but figured I needed to provide one as I would get questions as to why I was selling.
