I painted this for a fellow Pinsider. I added beige and taupe as the main colors then highlighted the woodgrain in black. The metallic copper on the shackles and bolts is a nice touch. I only charge 15 bucks plus shipping back to you. If your plastics look old and tired , refresh the look and update it with a nice paint job. I hope you guys like it. The ModFather

Here is a recent job i did for a customer. I did the chair the same way with 2 shades of beige and highlighted woodgrain and copper shackles. The Thing hand was also sent. I mixed a few shades of flesh tones, added some details and greenish veins in the hands. The finger nails were done in moss green for a zombie look. I did not want to gore it up with blood and scars, but rather a subtle look of a dead hand. The clearcoat really makes it look better than new. I can paint the hand for anyone else for 20 bucks.

Here is a new batch of Addams Family Chair and hand. I went with a darker version of the chair and went with a red mahogany look. The copper shackles add a nice touch. The hand was done like a dead zombie look. It has some tans and beiges with a touch of grey and greenish blue veins as the details. Thin black lines in the fingers add to the detailing. The fingernails were done in a light moss green.

Ya mean something like this ???? To funny..this was a celebrity request from HEP. He is a comedian wanting something different in his Addams FAmily pin. To each their own I guess. His theory was between Love and HAte portrayed in ghetto America. OOh well entertaining at best.

Another set of AF stuff I painted for a pinsider. I like the red mahogany color for the chair with the copper accents on the shackles. The hand , I just went for the dead look. Some dirty fingernails , added shadows and blueish veins in the hand adds to the realism.

It's all a matter of taste and everyone's entitled to their own opinion.

I here ya , This was the customers request. I thought it was a little weird too. This is an additional hand he purchased new, as he still has the original. Maybe he just installs this when he has a party to get a laugh.
