Quoted from henhel:

Mr. KingDaddy is a real straight shooter if he tells you something then you can go to the bank with it so I am behind his logic 100%. I think that the problem is finding the buyer that wants all that in an Indy500. Most will just look for a PQ Indy500 for $3200 play the hell out of it and than resell it at what he bought it for, there just not interested in all the bells and whistles. He is out there somewhere, just keep looking. GLWS.

I recently picked up a nice I500 for under 3k, but would happily buy this one if KingDaddy was able to meet at an upcoming show. I think there are people out there that like I500 enough to pay a premium for a premium example. I500 is a fun game. Honestly the only thing I dont like about this is the chrome (I play to much and chrome is always dirty with hand sweat/goo) and the chrome is a big part of the added cost for this example.

was the factory NOS pf clearcoated or is it just the original as it came from the factory?

At first I thought fomr the notes that the NOS pf had been cleared, but now it sounds liek no additional clear was done. Thanks for clarifying.

Quoted from KingDaddy:

It's a brand new $1,200 NOS PF with factory clearcoat. Around 250-300 plays on it. Multiple offers in mid 4k's and trades which I've rejected.
It looks like it's sold.

cool. Just to clarify, I was not ragging on it just asking for clarity. If you remember, I offered to take it at full price if you were willing to meet up at an upcoming show. I think it is a beautiful example and was even looking into a road trip to Boston in a couple months as an excuse to make a diversion to make this work

I just originally thought the NOS pf had additional clear put on it. I just made that assumption since NOS pf is usually around $700 and $500 would cover the additional clear and clean up by a pro.
