Bumping for a reduced price. These don't come up too often so we weren't sure where to price it, but given this one at $3,500 without LEDs and showing a fair bit of wear (https://pinside.com/pinball/market/classifieds/archive/142645), we thought this was fair. Very open to feedback on that front.

To say it doesn't come up that often might be justification for yourself but given the market history on here one has been listed 18 times in the last year and so about 1.5 per month. with that all about location and timing, LED's this day and age don't add that much any more, hardtops either increase value for some or decrease depending on who youre selling to. I personally think given this market a fair selling price for buyer and seller is around 2500, but what do i know? And i always use the phrase "Price/ value is relative to what your trying to achieve"

that an MR2 turbo in the background?

Appreciate your perspective, and you're right, all things are relative. I must have had my sorting wrong when looking through the archives so I didn't see a lot of other Comets that ran through last year. My mistake.

FWIW on the Hardtop value front I definitely agree, it depends on the buyer. I was skeptical myself but seeing it on there I'm quite impressed. I earlier did a playfield swap on a High Speed and I'm still not sure it's worth the extra effort.

FWIW this one looks like it went for $3k with a hardtop and seemingly slightly worse condition:

Anyhow, open to offers if folks are interested.

And yes, that's an MR2 indeed! It was originally a non-turbo, but it's now running a JDM turbo motor.

Thank you! Most have indeed lived a pretty hard life. I've owned this one since 1996 and I've done my best to take good care of it. It's part of the family at this point.
