At least 9 years ago judging by the plating (lack of),wiring and other details.
From 2008 on all metal like the resting brackets are nickel plated.
I don't recognize it at all honestly because I have never done one with purple powder.
Not to say it was not run through here long ago but not in that form.
Game is fairly priced though.

Nothing about the interior of the game matches the 2008 or 2009 standards.
No internal plating,no labels,no cabinet sheet.
This is more in the 2004-2006 maybe 2007 range.
