Looks like the coin door has been changed at some point of it's life, CV came with rounder corners.

It looks correct to me. Open it and in the bottom right corner there is a date. If it is original, it should be around May of 1997. That is what mine says.

It would be nice if you had some pics of the play field with the game and glass off.

+1. It is hard to tell the condition of the Playfield and inserts. The pictures are washed out.

New pics are good! You are incorrect as they can come with that coin door. There were four different ones installed on that game. This is a production unit as says “defeat” on it. Look inside it will say 1997.
