Quoted from PinLen83:Are you prepared to spend 14k?
You may want to peek at his collection before asking that question. His question is a fair one.
Quoted from PinLen83:I wasn't denigrating your collection. You may have a fine one, but a price tag of this caliber isn't one many are willing to dish out.
I'm new-ish to the site. There are thousands of members, and forgive me for not knowing the depths of all their wallets. I just hate when people who have no intent on buying ask (what seems to me) an irrelevant question. That question, without knowing your history or collection, is typically something I'd get from a person who isn't ready to move. In this particular instance, maybe I was wrong. More often than not, situations like this are not the exception to the rule.
So, yeah, my original question: are you willing to shell out 14k for this game?
Is it just me or is this an odd question? It's not your game for sale. Wanting to know the history of the game to some is an important piece of the decision process.
And furthermore anyone selling a luxury toy for $14k should be ready to answer any slew of questions. Comes with the territory.
Quoted from rommy:Wow, TY Egg. Yeah I just want to know the history of these high end pins before I drop 14 racks This CCC would fit nicely as a #2 . But at this point I can tell OP is not interested - so bowing out. Oh and that is Two guys on Pinside who spoke up for me in the face of noob skepticism. This place may be getting better
Did you PM the OP?
