I have the unexpected opportunity to purchase aa grail machine on my wishlist and need to raise funds, so unfortunately I have to part ways with a super rare pre-war machine I picked up last year that I was in the process of fixing. The machine is called "Buttons" and until now there was not even a single photograph of this game on the entire internet. I took a ton of photos and sent them to both the IPDB and Pinside Database (yes the machine for sale is the Pinside avatar photo for this game!).

Mechanically it's complete and working, but needs some electrical work to get power to the scoring coils. The backboard lights work if I manually move the scoring stepper. I rewired the entire game and replaced a ton of old/flaking wire - lots of tedious work but it's all done. I'm sure someone with experience with pre-war games can replace the transformer and get this thing over the finish line.

The machine is in stunning condition for its age. While I can't 100% confirm it, the artwork seems to be original and is incredible shape. The game is a treasure to look at and quite the conversation piece for the time I've had it.

I'm asking $1000, no trades. Pickup in Patchogue NY on the ground floor. I am (hesitantly) also okay with shipping via NAVL/STI if you make the arrangements.

Posted a ton of pictures of the machine here: https://photos.app.goo.gl/rHMos3tDCHkj7QYt7
