Sounds like 2 days of frustration. Perhaps if folks could figure out why his balls keep getting stuck, he wouldn't be selling. Buyer might want that information as well before taking this one home.

Totally get being frustrated, but don’t understand taking a hit so quickly on the most expensive model.
Hope you get help so you can enjoy the game a bit before moving on. GLWS
