People always complain that the project games have all dried up, but here you go! Backglass ($269) and plastic set ($159) are available from CPR. Unfortunately CPR doesn’t seem to offer a repro playfield anymore so you’d have find one on the market or go with Mirco (€987 for the set, read up as he’s had clear and alignment problems in the past) or a hardtop ($375 shipped from Outside Edge, assuming the playfield’s flat enough to work with after sanding). 28.5” Bally legs were $20/each at Mirco (but out of stock). And then there’s the lockdown bar ($75?), transformer (sounds like there were various designs depending on early/late run game), plus board work to deal with the battery leak fallout.
Of course you could save money by just working with the existing playfield, which might look ok after cleanup.
If a Pinsider buys it I hope they’ll do a before/after thread, it’s always fun to see what talented people can do with a project game.
