I picked up this Black Knight as a project game almost 2 years ago to try my hand at restoring it. 2 years later, it is in a much better place.

Here is what I did:
Installed a beautiful new hardtop to the upper and lower playfield. (No playfield wear ever again!)
Sanded the inside of the cabinet
All Comet LED's (Non ghosting in feature lamps)
New Rails
Cleaned posts
Polished ramps
Polished playfield hardware
Rebuilt pop bumper with Comet ring LED
Rebuilt upper flippers
Completely replaced lower flippers (fliptronic style and new coils)
New flipper and magna-save buttons
Polished legs, coin door and side rails
New plastics (not all installed, but are included with the machine)
New shooter rod (red translucent) and new spring

What I did not do:
The back glass is original and looks like most original Black Knight back glasses do
The cabinet is original with the bumps and bruises you would expect from a game from 1980
The playfield glass is original
The Apron is original

Everything is working 100%, including the bell.

I had a good time bringing this game back from the brink and tinkering with it. Now it is time for someone else to enjoy it.

Between this post and my restore post, there are a lot of pictures, but I am happy to provide more if you like.

Game is setup in the house, but I can break it down and wrap it up for garage loading (no steps) if you like.

I am not looking for trades at this time.
