Might not be a scam, sure. But the way the ad is worded and the punctuation used, is peculiar enough to be a red flag for me. Something's off, and it's not just his crazy ass price. Scammers are swarming our hobby right now, be careful guys, is all I'm saying.

Seller paid a fee to list it here, unlikely a scammer would do that.
Scams are confidence games that lure you in by making it look like a great deal, sometimes followed by forcing quick decisions that soften your defenses. This is none of those.
Nice homework. Ok so maybe he's not a scammer. But he's not gonna be a seller either. 
I personally would never buy from an ad worded this way, that's just me though.
