Dude. Stop.

It's a BIG GUNS.

3k is ridiculous. $1500.00 is ridiculous.

GTFOH with your crack pricing.

GLWTS.

haha, I feel like there’s a joke here somewhere about having “bigguns” asking $3k for a big guns.

Even worse now because I just downvoted this ad after the screengrab.

#7 10 days ago

Glad you are not closer as I might have to "Up got grabs" this one myself. Makes me itchy just thinking about it...

#8 8 days ago

At $1500 I would pick this up if it was local. GLWS.

#9 8 days ago

Ad says $1500. I must of missed the previous price.
However, at $1500 I would buy this game all day long. Ive owned 2 in the past.
Even $1800 it's a fair price here in Ca.
Glws. Wish you were closer.

#10 8 days ago

Yup, I’d take this if it were closer for sure!

#11 8 days ago

Ad was listed at $3k, price just halved! Give it a few more days and this could become a real steal

I don't think it will stick around long at $1500. Even with shipping it wouldn't be terrible, just a hassle I don't like to deal with

#13 7 days ago

This won't last at $1,500. I would impulse buy this if it were in Richmond. I really liked this game when I had it.

#14 7 days ago

Used to pick these things up for $500 at Allentown.

I know that has nothing to do with anything.

Dude! You totally said (more or less) the same thing in my Big Guns for sale ad 4 years ago... does that make us friends now

#16 7 days ago

These routinely go for sub 1500.

I picked mine up like 2 months back for 1100.

1500 should get you a nice one. Maybe leds or something extra on it.

If you have a $500 big guns for me possibly!

So with the cost of games today we feel the need to bust the op’ balls about this game!
Pinside at it finest!
Op good luck with sale!

It is a forum. It is perfectly fine for everyone and their dog to take the ops dick out of their mouth long enough to say how great a deal it is. It should be just as fair to come in here and bash a bad one.

#21 7 days ago

Except 1500 is GOOD deal

I remember when a GNR or a Sttng were 2500-3000

But that was THEN

No need to bust the guys balls

It’s really not though.

Big guns are common sub 1500.

#23 7 days ago

If I was closer this would be in my truck right now. GLWTS

Ive seen them for sale several times in the last year for a lot less. If i were in the market i wouldn't say 1500 is a good deal.

First time I ever played Big Guns was at your open house. I thought it was cool and bought one when I got home. I also thought your Orbitor was cool, but I've waited too long and they have gotten pricey.

Ahhh, memories of seeing people in real life...

Well its better than the 3k it was listed at originally !

Yup this used to be a "Underdog" game but it's starting to finally get some respect. I bought my first one in 1997 for $500 and I remember thinking then it was a $1000 game. I cleaned it up and sold it for that. I really missed the game and bought another one at Expo in 2002 from Kerry Stair for $400 shopped and working just moments after the doors had opened and that game is still here.

Yup those parties were good times for sure, perhaps next year we can continue. Yeah Orbitors have really shot up lately, not sure if there actually selling for those prices but there's a lot of crazy asking prices on them recently for some reason.

This is a fair price. I listed my Big Guns at $1300 in Maryland a year and a half ago. First buyer flaked out on me but had a list of backup buyers. Someone paid $1500 and drove up from Georgia (to Maryland) to jump the line and have me hold it for him a few weeks. Thats right, last time I know of a big gun selling for around this price there were literally people lined up to get it. Mine wasn't as nice as this one either.

This is a fun and simple game. Playfield art is cool, toys are unique. Not a great game for competitive players but awsome if you want a different game in your lineup or something fun for guests to play.

It's a big game too! 2nd tallest backbox behind Hercules if I am not mistaken.

i'm simply amazed at how many experienced hobbyists in this forum neglect to read the previous posting and selling history of other members on this site. i'll leave my comments at that.

I think we're debating the price point. Not character of seller.

i know. i'm just trying to shift the discussion's priorities.

I'm just trying to bump up the post for the seller and tell him GLWTS.

John

#34 6 days ago

I'll bump this and say that Big Guns is probably the EASIEST thing to shop. Tearing it down is cake.

#35 6 days ago

I had a big guns for a while and its a fun game, not very deep but fast and fun with some really cool features. This one looks nice too so would be a good pick up for somebody.

Because at $1500 its still a bit high.

I'm telling you, big guns are all over for cheap. Maybe not out in your neck of the woods eric, but here, they're around. My friend on here just picked one up for $500.00. Needs some love, but still. Now he has 2.

It's a cheap pin that was mass produced. And quite basic.

I own one too, so not trying to lower prices. Just speaking the truth.

IMO, $1200 should get a pretty nice, well functioning big guns.

Get 'em Blackbeard, get 'em! But seriously, I think this is the real point here. Prices actually do vary by location. Anything less than a thousand would instantly disappear in Arizona. Anything less than two thousand would probably instantly disappear in Arizona as well. It would be nice if that wasn't the case, but it is. It's died down a bit lately due to fewer machines being posted, but we also had (have?) quite a few people with the time and money to scrape notifications instantly and flip machines. Free market, is what it is, but again would be nice if that wasn't the case. I too have picked up machines at these very low prices you mention, but it has been a looong time.

#39 6 days ago
Quoted from Darkwing:

Very true.

Seems like out west, especially CA, the pricing is much higher.

Either way, $1500/$1200, it's a fun game for cheap. And it's fun to look at. Lotta charm and fun for the price! And it's got a huge forehead like my exwife!
