Mods are stupid and aren’t important on a game like this.

If someone can afford a Big Bang Bar they can afford a few hundred dollars for whatever plastic crap they want to add on to it. Not an issue.

Yes I totally agree, the game is awesome enough like it is. That wasn't my question though. Do you guys think this is just a fluke or is this the average going price for the game nowadays?

They trade hands so rarely that I think it’s kind of moot. Yes, the going rate this year for BBB as far as I can tell is whatever price these guys agreed upon. If that was $30k, that’s the going rate in 2022.

We just don’t have much data on these. Clearly, they ain’t cheap!

I have IPB BBB # 16 with ColorDMD added and incandescent bulbs replaced by LEDs plus Herg's OCD board. I replaced the four silver balls in Ray's Ball Busters with four different colored balls to match some of the insert lights in front of that area. Spare parts include main ramp and EL-arrows decal, complete playfield plastics set, sets of target decals (three IPB and 1 Capcom), small plastic ramp section (along right side), pop bumper ring kits in blue (on game) and orange (in reserve), flesh-color tube dancer, and two sets of different color rings for the left side tube ramp (not installed, as I think it looks cleaner without them). I may be forgetting some other spares I have. And I wouldn't sell my BBB for $40K.
