For sale: Bazaar -- Rare AAB

Added: November 9th, 2018
Condition: Fully shopped/refurbished

Item description

Selling a rare add-a-ball version of this 1966 Bally Bazaar. Fully shopped and working 100%. The add-a-ball version was made in limited supply for the domestic market, and they are very hard to find. Originally it accepted dimes, but there is no coin mechanism. Game is set up for free play with button on coin door. Backglass is almost perfect. There are a few pinholes in the paint, but really they aren't noticeable unless you're up close and looking for them...even then, they are hard to find. There is no peeling or flaking paint. Did you notice there is no replay window? The added balls are indicated where the "match" numbers display on the replay version. Pretty cool. The play field was stripped, cleaned, polished and waxed. Very nice. A few minor touchups. Good plastics and new rubbers. The cabinet is nice. Base has only a few scratches on left side. The lightbox has flaked off yellow paint on the front, otherwise nice. This game looks very nice and is fun to play.

Yes, that was the project I picked up and shopped. Are you familiar with this one? This game had some of the worst hacks I've ever seen. Check out this photo.

I was wondering cause you alluded to the rarity and I was like what are the chances 2 pop up in a month! Turns out it's just a flip job.

I reached out to all 14 pinsiders who own Bazaar and all but one own the replay version. Not sure how many AAB versions are survivors.
