Quoted from wantdataeast:Fantastic condition does not just add $200-$300 to a pinside game that is undervalued anyway. This goes for ANY collectible, comic book, baseball card ... WHATEVER; and especially pinball machines, considering the prices all DMD machines has steadily increased over the past several years.
Yes, but the real question is, does this include special collectable dirt as well?
Quoted from TomT:Better hurry its on craigslist now! lexington.craigslist.org link
Hurry?? It’s been on CL for 2 weeks and has been spoofed.
Quoted from Grizlyrig:Respectfully, I think you're out of line with the comment. I say this because they(price police) are trying to protect pinsiders or newbies to purchasing from being scammed. It's what we do, tight knit type family community that protects each other from raw deals or possible scams.
I myself owe a few "thank you" to fellow pinsiders that protected me from what would have been a bad experience or just a bad deal.

I couldn't like this twice, so I'm gonna quote it for the people on this page.
I've met a bunch of really excellent people from pinside, and I've texted/called them asking them for advice while I was out checking out a game. I've been spared from unwittingly buying several boat anchors thanks to them.
Quoted from Monk:Yes, but the real question is, does this include special collectable dirt as well?
i could see him getting 3k no problem for this game. 3500 is a stretch. this is a great game, easily should be in the top 40. mine just sold (nicer than this) with the topper for $3250 in one day.
Quoted from ccbiggsoo7:mine just sold (nicer than this) with the topper for $3250 in one day.
Hopefully the OP heeds this advice and adjusts the price accordingly.
Good Luck With The Sale.
Quoted from Astropin:You turned down $2800 for that pin? You are clearly out of touch with reality.
Couldn't agree more. I love my baywatch, but I would dump it in a second if somebody offered me that. Mine is much nicer than this one, but unfortunately i havent documented plays since 2006
Quoted from ccbiggsoo7:. this is a great game, easily should be in the top 40
Well, its not. Its not in top 40 on IPDB, either. I thought I overpaid a bit for my FT(Just under $3k) wayyy better game in wayyy better condition. #19 in the top 300, if you care about those lists.
FWIW the new Mr. Pinball price guide has it at $1950
I know it's not THE bible, but I like to use it as another price factor.
Quoted from Soulrider911:This is hilarious, its amazing this topic is now 8 pages long #pinside
and counting...
Quoted from Mr68:Here ya go. A HUO only Baywatch just sold in Denver for $2400.00. That's a home use only game in spectacular condition and not like the route beater you are trying to pass off.

Many people have already tried to tell you, it's not so much your price, it's the poor condition of your machine and your inaccurate description.
This ^^ and the Denver area seems to have every game priced higher than most of the country fwiw
Quoted from wantdataeast:and did I mention only 600 plays in the past 12 years?
Yes. Way to many times.
Quoted from wayout440:I find it amusing that on some other threads you get 1 or 2 price police, on this one its like...
shit,thats the army of pricing..lol!!!!!
Here you go way better then yours.
https://pinside.com/pinball/forum/topic/for-sale-baywatch-14
Ut Oh OP............a much nicer game than yours.............................lower price.....................and it has legs to boot...........................your move mate.................
Quoted from Mitch:Here you go way better then yours.
https://pinside.com/pinball/forum/topic/for-sale-baywatch-14
Yeah, but I bet that one has way more than 600 plays since 2006!!!
It’s the old rule that “If the of the Korean Peninsula was disarmed before you sold your pin, you may have priced it too high.”
Haha, the 'way nicer' Baywatch for less $$$ sold in a day. Better replace the rubbers, service the boards, fix that coil, replace that cracked pop skirt, and clean playfield. Most would have done that already. Still yet if you fire polish ramps add mirror blades and a color dmd, repair cabinet damage and re stencil...ah never going to happen. GLWTS
"If you saw two guys named Hambone and Flippy, which one would you think liked dolphins the most? I'd say Flippy, wouldn't you? You'd be wrong, though. It's Hambone."

oh yeah that BW in the other thread was sold in less than an hour..
Quoted from V_piscopo:It was a good deal. Bet he could have got $3,500. Nearly immaculate!
yes it was and also very good pics with the game on and the seller describe it the best he can(being honest) in his ad and most important of all he was very respectful to everyone.good things come to good people

Damn, that's in my folks hometown. I need to send them over!
I would be in at this price, but you know this is the next repro from PPS. Gonna kill the resale value... good luck with your sale

Sure, but that's not the price for nearly imamaculate with only 600 plays
Quoted from jmountjoy111:Saying BW > FT is almost as ridiculous as trusting mr. pinball pricing guides.
mr. pinball pricing is never up to date, but i wish those were the prices reminds me of the good old days when pins were reasonably priced
Do people actually B/S/T on Mr. Pinball? Are there games that are listed there and not here or CL?
When I was super new, that's where I would look before I knew any better. Have not looked at it for > 1yr at least. I don't even think about it when browsing for games anymore.

Yes there are some games listed there that are not listed elsewhere. Once in a while, you can find a reasonable deal. I feel the biggest problem with Mr. Pinball is the lag time for posting and pulling ads - it's often several days before they show up. If they've listed the same game anywhere else, its often already gone. I bought one game from a Mr. Pinball ad once.

Good question. I gave up on it long ago. It would take 3 days just for your listing to get posted on the site and then you would get constant scammers asking if "The Item" was still available. Never had a successful buying or selling transaction through there. Great idea, but the execution left a lot to be desired.
Quoted from hAbO:It amazes me that the Op still hasn't corrected the thread title even after a month.
I don't know, I think it fits the thread perfectly.
I would be interested, but I have two issues with this game. One, it has no legs, and I don't need a lieutenant Dan of pinball. Two, it is stored in the street, I try to stay away from street stored games.
