I got sniped on a VERY nice example with brand new cab decals last month which was offered at $4500. I had a friend checking it out for me since it was in another state and someone else grabbed it. That is the top end IMO for a very nice example with no pf issues.

Pinside is really off on suggested prices for most titles as it appears the algorithm they use does not account for real sales very well and often swings widely based on 1 off sales that are either high or low without factoring in condition.

If I were selling this one I would probably ask 3700 and take 3500.

You can go hunt through sales in the past 6 months on the forum to get an idea.
asking of $4300 and nicer, fully shopped, LED on the more expensive side of US. Was listed for a while at 4500 and did not sell then lowered and appears to have sold

more and better pics will help determine a fair price. I know I personally would want to see back of bg, boards, underside of pf, better colse ups of blems, etc...

In general Banzaii sell in the 3500 range when solid bones but not any amount of restored. 4500 range when nice examples and fully gone over with rebuilt flippers, resleeved, etc...

Your appears to be a solid players game but in need of the works to spiff it up and then it still will have pf wear.

I think your starting price is right in line.
I had people lining up for mine a couple weeks ago. I ended up selling at 3k (because that was my starting price,I could have dick-ishly raised), but my PF was trashed compared to yours.
People always gonna haggle anyway....
