This is cab #13 with playfield #1 the playfield has holes and wiring where extra switches were is definitely not normal. Serials do normally match throughout. I would say it is some sort of engineering sample, not a normal sample game.

So far, a couple strokers / offers of $7500 somewhere between could get this game in your collection.
