Justifying a ridiculous price by dropping the "$1000 in lumber" card is either the stupidest or most brilliant move I've ever seen on this site.

Good lord. So Badcats is 6k now, wonder what my bling'd out Ripleys is worth. This would be the 2nd highest Bad Cats sold on Pinside and not even restored.

It's the perfect spot for my Bad Cats, goes very well with the flooring and wood window trim and 99 % of the time that particular blind stays closed. The blind, even though it lets in a good amount of diffuse light when closed, was opened to increase the illumination for the Bad Cat Elmer photo.

I wouldn't pay $1500 for this game because I think it basically sucks and I stay out of Pinside drama but this thread has been an entertaining distration to read during a listen-only webinar so thanks for that.
Yeah, I kinda knew the answer. I have watched closely the price on Bad Cats since I added it to my wishlist in 2013. One of my childhood favs and would not spend over 3k for one which is average for this title.

After that conversation I had asked around and was told to list at 65.

Nobody in their right mind would pay over $2500 for this game. That might even be a little high, just like the OP!
