Still waiting to hear back. I really want this title for my son....he is BTTF crazy (maybe Lego dimensions, maybe his mother and my divorce).
Last I heard, the seller told me it was mine if I could pay more than asking price? Not that I mind, just found it an odd tactic?
My fingers are still crossed I can find this title for my son!

Now, in reference to the OP's machine no one has been contacted from my understanding. Perhaps the seller got busy? It is not a scam if the seller has not made any attempt to take people's money.
He contacted me. Seemed a little fishy. Said it was mine if I could go higher with the price....weird.
