We're back!

After a disaster in our datacenter took down our server, we are now running Pinside on a brand new server. However, things may not work as expected as we are still polishing the playfield and adjusting some switches! We might be switching to maintenance mode a few times. Please see this forum topic for more info.

for sale

For sale: Back to the Future: The Pinball

Added: October 17th, 2019 Ended: April 1st, 2020
Condition: Fully shopped/refurbished

Price

$ 4,200

Item description

This BTTF is in near mint condition.

I got it shopped and LED throughout around 5 months ago.

The side art and playfield are basically perfect. You barely see this pin let alone in this condition.

Has one rottendog board on it already. The bottom display is definitely gassed out but these should be replaced with LED’s honestly.

This also comes with a bag of rubbers for the whole playfield.

Let me know if you have any questions or would like other pictures

Would really like to keep this gem but need the funds.

Looks like right side of cabinet is noticeably dinged up.. not sure if this is a reflection in the photo?

1200 - 1500 too high IMO

exactly.

banged up cabinet
playfield wear at ball drop from ramp
blown out display
minor flaking on back glass
worn lockdown bar
wear/scuffs on rails
cabinet drilled for coin door lock
issues on coin door
wear on inside faces of cabinet above playfield
typical mylar lifting at inserts in some locations
looks like the main ramp is cracked at the top above the intersection just to the left

don't get me wrong, its a nice game in good shape overall but lets be honest...

Everyone has a different definition of mint apparently, this one goes off the deep end.

I've been seeing lots of BTTF's starting to become available for sale recently... Is it because of the recent Data East update / revise trend ?

#12 1 year ago

What DE Update are you referring to?

If any, it should be Robocop.

New games with same old Data East themes seems to be one of the latest trends.

$4200 and the bottom display is gassed out?

#15 1 year ago

not to mention a shit ass LED job that someone is going to have to fix. And these GI's you cannot just unscrew from the bottom. This has ground braid so you have to take everything off the top to redo the LED's correctly.
