I wouldn't say terribly noticeable, but the layout is pretty similar.

I never understood the hate for this game. This was made when pinball was all but dead and I think Stern did a decent job with the probably very small budget they had to work with. The shots feel good, the callouts are funny, and the music is nice. Sure the callouts are kind of random (which doesn't really bother me), but the actual shot making is good.

Good price on a game I own as a guilty pleasure. I love the movies and the mini me spinner is the greatest.

I call the layout a budget Monster Bash fan. But Stern reused many feature on this game. The time machine magnet becomes the ring on LOTR. The laser becomes the crossbow on TWD. And the Dr. Evil elevator Iron Monger on IM.
