Why does the game have stainless rails and lockdown bar if it came with green legs? Was it an option to mix and match?

It looks like a real AFMr LE, but modded this way which is super interesting. Sellers account is over a year old, but appears to exist soley to list very nice collector quality pins with extremely low plays for top dollar. I am not sure what to think here as there is no other pinside participation to go on to gauge whether this is legit or phishy.
