Game - for sale

For sale: Aquarius project

Added: 2020-01-04 17:37:06 UTC • Ended: January 11th, 2020
Condition: As is

Price

$ 200

For sale... Aquarius 1970, EM project.

I was planning to fix it, but never got to it... I never took the time to look seriously at EMs.

It is not playable as is. When plugged in, GI lights up and scoring wheel keeps turning (video on request)

It comes with original schematics and manual.

The good:
- This is a piece of history, nice wedgehead from 1970
- The backglass is pretty nice, some minor flaking only
- The machine is complete (as far as I can see)
- Cabinet is solid (the back was repaired at some point)
- No battery leakage

The "not so great":
- Cabinet's paint is not great
- This is not a "just a blown fuse" project, some work/troubleshooting needed
- Some hacks were performed (couple of alligator clips and cut wires)
- Slightly warped plastics, one with little crack (see pic)
- Playfield wears where balls are ejected behind bumpers
- Playfield orbit groove
- Rust on coin door
- Back of head (metal door) does not latch properly
- Some burnt bulbs
