Nice players condition Alien Star. Cool artwork and great 80s era sounds.
Works perfectly and looks very nice with 100% LEDs. Includes clean boards, near perfect cabinet and BG, new Playfield glass, new rubber, manual, and strong flippers & bumpers.

***Also selling Gottlieb Gold Wings and Data East Secret Service.

Trades considered but cash is preferred. You can make any offer you want but I may not respond to the silly ones. Local pickup only. Cross posted.

Based on the condition (looks super nice) and rarity, this was a steal for whomever got it.

That's essentially what mine said Seller is very polite in his response. No worries I'm sure he got some good interest.

Sometimes "I'll come by tomorrow" is better than "I'll come by next week."

Sometimes someone just doesn't want to sell to an obnoxious pinsider (never happened to me of course!)

Seller isn't obligated to sell to anybody he doesn't want to for whatever reason. And scum is such an ugly word!

I do remember the last "good deal pinside fight," that JM in Jersey for $1900 or something. I think the seller just disappeared on that one after dicking people around for a month. Sellers can tell when we are thirsty AF and they don't like it!

I dont have a problem with anyone adjusting their price, so long as they just communicate and are up front. With rare games it is sometimes hard to know a fair price or demand.

Nothing wrong with getting a PM and then 5 more and replying "Hey, I am really sorry but it appears there is more demand for this game than I realized and I undershot its value"

I do think the right thing is to of course reply in order and set your new price and stick to it.

I personally would reply to the first person and go from there, but that is just my stance.

In this case and like always, I am more than happy to reach a fair price for both the seller and buyer.

Some interesting stats on the seller here: Has created 14 topics and has only ever responded to 1 of them (2 years ago). Out of his 21 posts (including the 14 he started) he has only ever responded once to another post and that was to list an item he had for sale. The other replies were to his own topic.

Since you like to sell pins you will find that developing a rapport with your potential clients might make them easier to sell.

Not that there's anything wrong with only using pinside for sales but maybe give the people a little feedback? Acknowledging that people have reached out to you is a polite thing to do. And while your at it be sure and donate to pinside for offering you a free service and willing buyers for your tasty pin.
