That's surprising to hear. Is it the theme that pushing it past JJPPOTC? I mean pirates is packed with features, has a unique layout, and super deep code. Alien seems like half the game in comparison. This is coming from someone who would still like to own one. Its a long standing dream theme for me.

I can see that. The same guy, David Thiel, did the sounds/music for both games, so they are both fantastic. However, Alien as a franchise is undoubtedly going to have superior sound assets than pirates. Thanks for the explanation. Now we just need someone to build more, so I can pick one up at a reasonable price.
