Listed as "Fresh off route" condition as that best describes the game. It has in fact been in the same home for 20+ years. Plays good with no errors, but it really could use shopped as it is dirty. Typical mansion/Insert wear. No magnet burn.
Looking to trade for similar condition (or better!) CV, AFM, CC, Etc.
Would also consider a nice LOTR.
