Never seen a platinum ACDC before. What does one of them there rich folk machines look like?

#3 4 years ago

Never mind.

Ok, I see the pics. Looks like it has black powder coated trim. Anything else?

This is a scam, and obviously somebody has it out for Curly. This isn't his account, and if you click on the link, look at your address bar. Not his site...it's spoofed!

EDIT: But it's his phone number...WTF is going on with this ad???

I'm pretty sure Curly's real account is LSOG:

Seal, The pinball is all chrome, mirror blades, speaker LED's, bottom cabinet LED's, apron lighting, head phone jack, and custom cards, all done by Stern. Only 3 made total.

I now have a business account and personal account, because for some reason I can not get on my LSOG account.

Quoted from CURLY:

I was asked by Stern to sell them.

Is this something Stern has done before? Interesting that the manufacturer is asking an owner's agent to sell privately owned machines.

And for some reason you're not using your own .com website???

To be clear, this pinball was sent to a company by Stern for there showroom to see if there was a market for them at a higher price point. The owner of the company passed away and Stern sold them to me, and I am selling them now. Only 3 AC/DC's were made total. Sorry if there is any confusion in the sale of this machine.

Now that looks like a $6800 ACDC. Love the chrome.

#20 4 years ago

It's real and I told him last week that he should send the pics to IPDB for inclusion on that game's page, it's a worthy addition, since it was all done in factory.

Agreed. It really did seem a bit sketchy at first.
