It connects to node board 8, CN7 I think. The hole it there, the node board is there but if the code does not trigger that would be the issue that you need to run Prem/LE code to try it.
Anybody reading this thread with access to the game’s BOM - could you PM me with the specific specs of the screw/(is there a nut?) that connects the two wire forms? Worked itself out and I’m not sure where it got to, so I need a new one.

I don’t think the ball will get stuck on the raised portions of the print. I can also flush print the gold but I like the 3d look to it. I printed a purple translucent with yellow lettering and a light blue with yellow lettering but I like the red and gold best so far. Yellow with red and a black with gold is next up. I’m also working on a version that lights up when the van is illuminated

I put stainless under for protection, 3d print and then the factory plastic on top. Now with the shine and stern part number it looks stock.

Yeah, I like the outline. I printed a few without and I like the outlined version much better.
I just went to a bar that had a Pro model. I really wanted to gauge if it was a game that I should buy. I couldn't hear anything because the crap music in the bar was so loud. Secondly, the upper flipper was broken and simply remained in the extended position which was a giant buzzkill. Verdict: I have no idea about this game.
Mr_Tantrum came up with a new color scheme for the upper playfield flipper topper, looks great!

This evening I should have a prototype completed with lighting, for the BOMB! I call it the ABZ (alien bug zapper!) in it will be a RED SMD to light the Red Fiber Optic tube up the center and a GREEN 0805 SMD to light the Mix Chamber.
Can't wait to see it in the LE.... once it ships. having a blast on the PRO though.

box is 30"x31"x56 without the pallet. Waiting on my LE as well. Should be very soon!

From Page 62 of the Foo Fighters manual it says the box dimensions are 56.5 x 31 x 31 inches

Does the pro even have the wiring to hook up to the new node boards? If there is no wiring in the pro, at all - then trying to retrofit a kit into one is pointless(the kits come with the node boards).
Of course this is also kind moot if the light programming isn't in the pro code either.

I don't remember where it attaches, likely to Node 8 or 9. I'll look when my Foo LE gets here.

Your painting job is excellent but the layer lines kill it for me (like many mods). Have you considered post processing somehow (acetone vapor maybe). Extra hassle but you're spending so much time painting...

A 4k tv watching at some distance x indistinguishable from a 2k tv. x + x/4 indistinguishable from 1080p. It really shouldn't kill your eyes.
With all due respect I think it can be improved a little. The print not only has lines but also boogers and other filament imperfections that with a little tuning of the slicer can be mitigated. The boogers though are a different story and it is maybe wet filament.
Anyway! I think you are on the right path.
If I were you, I would perfect it and charge more.

Subjective what value it has to remove all lines. GTF is $9K and has printed toys in one color with very visible lines. Stern already offered perfect toys for $2500 extra, so some Pro people (like me) are cheap. I had someone offer me $25 for the Grohl mini which is not worth my time but that's how cheap of pricing some people expect mods and some people aren't spending $10k on games so it's a balancing of effort/time vs payout.
First Ufo prototype there is a definitely a little ugly but the Overlord is nearly flawless. Just stating that any imperfections are gone unless nose is on the glass, so for me while I play it looks great and even close up it looks really damn good. It's as far as I can take it. I was nice enough to give the file to the community here, so 50+ people have the Overlord file, some said they might try selling. Maybe they will pull something off. Highly doubtful, but I'd be intrigued to chat with them if they can pull off at scale overlords (10+/day) flawlessly, but any manual painting or some other method I assume is going to be very time consuming and I don't think I could sell at a price that would make my nights worth it. I don't know how many other customers than I already have there might be out there either. Again, I gave it away free so people could make/sell and I'd actually be happy to see it and cheer it on. For this one, I'm only running it for maybe 2 weeks.

Yeah man, and everyone hates it. I don't wanna sound mean, as what you're doing is awesome, but those prints you're making need some work. I know we appreciate it, but you're not gonna get a lot of traction unless you up your game on them.
