I don't know if you are still hunting for a Flynn's sign or not, but have you seen the blades offered by Retro Refurbs.com? I just bought and installed a pair, and they are fantastic looking. The artwork includes a large Flynn's sign near the arcade scoop, and the lights on the game reflect off it and make it appear to be flashing. Well worth the $75, and you don't really need the Flynn sign, which goes for more than $100, once you have the blades. Just an option! Good luck.
