I am trying to source a florescent tube for a 1946 Chicago Coin Goalee. I’ve attached photos of the sockets. The tube length is approximately 23.25” socket to socket.

I’ve done lots of looking online but can’t make sense of all the options. Has anyone been down this road before who has some helpful hints?

I’ve also attached photos of the ballast. I’m assuming the white panel is asbestos to shield the underside of the playfield from heat but would like to be wrong. I’m half tempted to convert it over to LED but would like to see what my options are for keeping it original.

Thank you! After doing some more reading, it looks like I can bypass the starter and ballast and use a LED tube. Should be easy enough to make this wiring change which could be reversed if desired in the future.
