    Hello,

Helping my brother in law tech his getaway remotely. He lost hold power on the left flipper. After thoroughly examine pics and walking him through checking diodes, etc on the flipper coil and checking fuses I believe the issue is on board. I'm having him test the voltage tonight. The coil is new and he ordered another one but I doubt that is the problem. I'm examining the schematics and also trying to research on line and I can't find anything that lists what each TIP-102 is for on the fliptronics board. Do you know which one is associated with the hold power on the left flipper? I figured I would swap before replacing the board or sending it in.

    Quoted from LTG:

Go to Tests - Flipper - stop on flipper you want and power or hold. Then hit the Start button. Then hit the + or - Diagnostic Button. Every time you hit it, it steps you through coil, fuse, wire colors, and transistor, information.
    LTG : )

FYI, my getaway doesn't have flipper test under test menu or in solenoid test

Thanks guys, for some reason the manual I downloaded is missing the page pin guy posted. No wonder why I couldn't find it. I get the game tonight. I'll report back.

Didn't have to do much. Checked connectors and cleaned flipper button switch contact points. Works like a champ.
