I’m stumped with this one, but seeing if anyone has had a similar issue or a possible suggestion.

During Midnight Madness mode on my Johnny Mnemonic the flippers will quit. They work fine up to and immediately after the Midnight Madness mode begins and ends. All other solenoids appear to work during the mode, but the flippers do nothing. The second the mode ends the flippers are back to working.
Any ideas? Thanks.

Using remote battery pack.

Just wanted to follow up to this in case anyone ever has a similar issue. When I first posted about this issue, the flippers would not work during Midnight Madness. After posting I noticed that the lane change was sluggish and responded slower than normal, and then the game would no longer come on.
I checked the driver board voltages and noticed that all were present except for the 50v. Then I noticed the CPU was failing to boot. Because I had a spare ROM, and figured what the heck, I had one so I swapped the ROM. Then the game booted. I played a game and the lane change was no longer sluggish. Then I changed the time and date to test Midnight Madness. The flippers worked.
The game has been working fine ever since I changed the ROM.
