I know I’m missing something obvious - but I’m under the gun to get this pin working. It’s in a vacation rental we have and today’s my last day here before it’s rented for 10 straight weeks.

I had originally thought the right flipper was dead. Turns out the stem was just completely loose. Tightened it. Bam- fixed. Eh... not.

I ensure the flippers are tighten everything. Check the travel- both the same.
Power up machine. Flip a few times and the right flipper is now like 1/2 inch higher and travels farther.
Ok, repeat above steps- bam- same result.

What boneheaded simple mistake do I keep making?

You were right. I THOUGHT I tightened them enough, but this time I really cranked on them and that did the trick! Thanks.
