Grounded the transistor tabs on all special solenoids and they fired fine. Noticed the u45 was socketed so I changed that .. didn’t work. Moved on the u50 .. put a socket and new chip there .. didn’t fix it. Next I removed the u50 and tested the flippers and they WORK (in game play and in attract mode). So I know it is nothing on the playfield and the flipper control board. What next in the sequence that needs to be looked at.

Check U55 Blanking signal goes thru pins 1 and 2
Check PIA U10 the flipper/special solenoid Enable signal comes out of pin 19 to u 50 pin 11
