You need a few things to bring you flippers up to their full potential.
1. get a flipper rebuild kit, but NOT the one made for Pinbot:

2. and most likely you need a new coil too (1% chance it's the coil stop or eos, but.....not likely)

That is correct.
Whenever a FL-23/600 dies, we always replace it with the superior FL-15411 Parallel Coil

That is not the preferred replacement, don't even think of buying that.
